I help new and struggling consultants as well as boutique consulting organizations build their consulting practices by starting with identifying their focus and ideal client so that they can successfully engage and sell to their ideal clients. My approach is to follow The Consultant’s Development Model. The model is implemented with the help of a step-by-step system called The Consulting Jumpstart Blueprint and it is ideal for new and struggling consultants. The program is a flexible, iterative approach that guides a consultant so that the consultant starts their business right, eliminating wasted time and reducing frustration. The Consultant’s Delivery Model picks up where the Development Model ends and assists consultants with ensuring they deliver what they promised.
